In order to make the content ordering process as painless as possible for you I have compiled a selection of the FAQs I deal with on a frequent basis. Please read the below FAQ information carefully before contacting me for information/with your order. It will help me to understand your needs better. The more I know about your project upfront, the faster I can provide you with your custom quote. This will save you time, hassles and unnecessary delays to get your project launched.
What Do I Need to Supply You With to Get Started?
When you first make contact with me, please provide me with as many details (see below) as possible:
- Please provide me with your best email address to contact you
- Your Skype ID/Phone number for emergencies/clarifications
- Keywords for article orders (I do the research)
- Word count for articles
- Total number of articles needed
- Please tell me where you intend to use your articles (i.e. article directories, blog, other)
- If you order an eBook, please tell me the book size you want/min. page count (approx. 300-350 words per page)
- I will need a TOC (chapter overview) for eBook orders plus resource links if you have them
- Proposed eBook title (keep it short to make it saleable)
- Your URL, name and contact details for eBooks
- Color preference for eBook design (2 colors work best and if you have a website, please advise so that your new eBook/report will match your site in color)
- Whether you want an eCover and stock photos for the eBook and if so, do you have a logo I need to consider. If not my designer will create one based on the subject matter
- Australian customers will need to supply me with their full contact details for GST/VAT purposes
The more detailed information you can give me upfront, the better. It will eliminate unnecessary email communication and wasted time for the both of us.
How Long Does it Take Until I Get My Order?
Generally speaking, I turn around each project within 3-14 business days.
- Article batches of 10+ usually take 5 business days
- Blog posts take between 3+ business days, depending on your order and requirement
- eBooks take between 7-14 business days, depending on size
- Sales letters take 14 business days
What If I’m Not Happy With the First Delivery?
As a valued client of mine you automatically receive ONE free included revision for anything you need/want changed after you receive your draft design (eBooks included) and/or articles and website copy.
Most of my clients never require/ask for edits. They are happy with my work out-of-the-box.
Can You Do Urgent Turnarounds?
Yes.
If you require content for a super urgent deadline please let me know. I can turn around copy within 24-48 hours. However, in doing so it will incur a “priority” charge. Once I know more about your project I can advise you of your total cost outlay before you order.
Do You Require Upfront Payment?
Yes and no.
If you have an established online profile with a good, reliable track record I need a 50% deposit from you before work commences.
If on the other hand you are new to the Internet, or don’t have a strong profile I will need 100% payment before I commence work. Payment can be made via PayPal to mundell@aapt.net.au.
I also accept direct bank transfers from Australian clients. Please make sure you indicate your payment intentions upon contacting me.
Are Your Costs in USD or AUD?
Overseas clients will be invoiced in USD, whereas Australian clients will be invoiced in AUD+10% GST.
Is There a Minimum Order?
No.
You can order as little, or as much as you like. Just bear in mind that I usually offer a discount on orders of 10+ articles.
Can You Handle Large Orders?
Yes I can.
My team and I are capable of turning around dozens of articles a day if need be. I work with a team of native English writers. They are based around the world offering you a truly global scale service.
Can You Write in Different Languages?
Yes I can, but I only offer English copy. I speak and write fluently in German, English and some French, but prefer to stick to English only.
US English vs UK/Australian English?
I can deliver your project in whatever English you prefer. Usually I choose US English for US clients and UK/Australian English for clients based in Europe or Australia. If you specifically need one or the other, please advise when you make contact.
Do You Charge GST?
Yes and no.
All Australian clients will be charged in AUD with GST (Goods and Services Tax)(10%) added to the quote.
Overseas clients don’t have to pay VAT (Value added) tax and they will be invoiced in USD.
What Are Your Guarantees?
I pride myself on providing a 100% Client Satisfaction Guarantee. If, for any reason you are not happy with my work I will endeavour to fix the issue at hand. My refund percentages are very low and I like to keep it that way!
You also get after sales care from me, no matter whether you are a small business owner or corporation.
Will I Be Kept Up-To-Date About Your Status?
Yes.
I usually send out a mid-deadline status update to all my clients to inform them about their project. If delays are expected you will know ASAP. Over the years I have only missed a few deadlines due to unforeseeable emergencies and illnesses.
Will Your SEO Articles Rank Me at the Top of Google?
I’m am SEO pro. Over the years I have written thousands of SEO articles for satisfied clients worldwide. I have also written high ranking content for my own niche sites. Many of them rank on the first page of Google among MILLIONS of competitors in VERY competitive niches (finance, mortgage, health, to name a few).
So, my SEO articles will rank your website/blog on Google’s first page IF you couple them with backlinks. Your site should also be optimized for the search engines. If you don’t know how to do this, I would be happy to help. I also offer website analysis packages should you be interested.
If you understand anything about search engine optimzation, then you know that top rankings come from a combination of SEO + backlinks. I provide the first. You (or your SEO team) provide the second).
Will Your Articles Be Reader Friendly?
You bet!

How Do You Deliver My Content? What Format?
Content delivery is handled depending on what you order. Below is a quick overview to help you understand:
- Articles are delivered in individual Word docs, zipped into one folder
- Blog posts are uploaded directly to your blog (incl. one quality stock photo per post) and scheduled according to your request)
- eBooks are delivered as a full package in a zip file – fully formatted; you get the original Word doc, an .odt file (Open Office), a PDF (for your subscribers/buyers), all relevant stock photos, your eCover (various sizes if ordered), PSD file of eCover (to make future changes if need be)

How Much Do You Charge?
I don’t have a set pricing structure per se. Every client has different needs. It would be wrong to price all my services based on general needs. The best and fastest way for you to get a quote is to contact me.
